On the flip side, DIY homeowners often skip professional design support and end up spending an extra $25,000–$50,000 redoing or tearing out work to make future projects possible—these are avoidable expenses with the right planning.
DIY Design Vision offers a complete property code analysis, a foolproof mapping of your values and priorities, and professional floor plans tailored to your goals—all for just $5,499.

The base price covers homes up to 2,000 sq ft, offering everything you need to create a clear, actionable design vision. This straightforward pricing ensures you’re empowered to take control, make confident decisions, and align your home with your life, goals, and future. Your investment isn’t just in a plan—it’s in a foundation for your dream.

Larger homes require more in-depth design exploration and tailored solutions. For homes over 2,000 sq ft, an incremental fee ensures every detail is thoughtfully addressed. You can also exclude certain parts of your home from design consideration to keep within the base fee—this will be discussed during your initial call. Secure your spot now, and we’ll determine any additional charges based on your specific project needs.

This package focuses on Schematic Design, but if your project evolves, additional services such as design revisions, permitting, or deeper phases like Design Development can be added. These services are customized to meet your goals and will be priced accordingly. We’ll work together to ensure your investment aligns with your vision.
